Wellsters Oy acts as a trader of products and services.

A merchant is a company or entity that sells its products to customers through distance selling on luontovoittaaaina.johku.com and has entered into a contract with luontovoittaaaina.johku.com. The trader is the seller of the products and services and the creditor of the customer.

Customer

The customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and the merchant-specific terms and conditions when purchasing products and services on Wellsters Ltd's Internet services.

These terms and conditions apply to orders where Wellsters Oy is the merchant. The merchant's details will always appear when ordering a product as follows:

2. General information

All our prices include VAT (10%, 14% or 24%) and are quoted in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel the transaction or make price adjustments if the product ordered or its price does not correspond to the actual market price, for example due to a technical error in the online shop or human error.

We reserve the right to change prices and conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms of delivery.

3. Payment and cancellation terms for Wellsters Oy's services

3.1. Excursions or events and equipment rental for 24 hours or more and group bookings of more than five items of equipment.

These terms and conditions apply to Wellsters Ltd outings and events, equipment rentals over 24 hours and group bookings of more than five pieces of equipment.

Terms of payment
The Customer is obliged to familiarise themselves with the content of the event and to notify Wellsters Ltd of
any errors before payment is made. The contract is concluded when the customer books the event or the rental equipment.

Cancellation policy

  • If an event is cancelled at least five days before the event, we will try to reschedule the event. If no new time can be found, we will charge EUR 25 per person as office expenses.

  • If cancellation is made less than five days before the event, we will charge the full price of the event as a cancellation fee.

  • There are no refunds for unused services.

3.2. Rental equipment (less than five items)

This applies to all Wellsters Oy rental equipment and rentals of less than 24 hours. These conditions do not apply to group bookings of more than five rental vehicles. See conditions above.

Terms of payment
The Customer is obliged to familiarise themselves with the content of the event and to notify Wellsters Ltd of
any errors before payment is made. The contract is concluded when the customer pays for the rental equipment.

Cancellation policy

  • If the event is cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the booking, we will try to find a new time. If a new time cannot be found, we will charge €10 per rental vehicle as office fees. The new time cannot be cancelled.

  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the booking, we will charge the full price of the booking as a cancellation fee.

  • If Wellsters Oy's staff decides that the equipment rental cannot be carried out safely (e.g. too strong wind for paddling), the reservation can be postponed to another time or cancelled free of charge less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation.

  • There are no refunds for unused services.

3.3. Other conditions for equipment rental and participation in excursions

We require our customers to have swimming skills. We will check the level of skill of participants and inform clients of safety and operational instructions before departure. Safety instructions must be followed throughout the activity.

You use the rental equipment at your own risk. Our staff will advise you of alternative routes. You can choose the route according to your level of skill and ability. Keep your phone and spare clothes with you, packed waterproof. Please also know and respect everyone's rights and responsibilities. If you are unable to return by the deadline, or if you have to interrupt your trip, please inform the rental office immediately.

All our equipment is rented checked and cleaned. As the hirer, you are responsible for the equipment in your possession. Handle the equipment you rent with care. Normal wear and tear of the equipment does not give rise to liability, but damage caused by careless and negligent use or loss of equipment will be charged to the customer.

4. Wellbeing Workshop Terms of Service (Hyvinvoinnin Werstas)

4.1.1. Gold Club Membership:

  1. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. A person under 18 years of age may become a member with the consent of a guardian.

  2. Membership requires payment of an annual fee to Wellsters Ltd. Membership is valid for one year.

  3. Members must notify us of any change in their name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and account number.

4.1.2. Membership includes:

  1. Membership includes unlimited access to a private gym during opening hours.

  2. Members must book a training session from the calendar at least 14 days in advance. The maximum time for a single booking is two hours.

  3. Free coaching session and Gold Club prices (-20%) discount on other Wellsters Oy sports services.

  4. Events at special prices.

4.1.3. Duration of membership:

  1. Membership is valid for the contractual period indicated in the contract.

  2. Membership can only be terminated by resigning. Withdrawal takes effect after the end of the current billing period.

4.1.4. Membership fees:

  1. The member is responsible for ensuring that the membership fee is paid by the due date.

  2. In the case of a minor member, the guardian is responsible for paying the membership fee.

  3. Payments must be made in the manner agreed in the contract, according to the price list in force.

  4. Wellsters Ltd has the right to transfer unpaid membership fees to a collection agency for collection. In addition, the costs of collection may be charged to the member.

  5. A member who receives a reminder or a recovery letter from the collection agency must pay the fees in accordance with the payment instructions issued by the collection agency.

  6. Wellsters Ltd has the right to suspend or terminate a customer's membership for non-payment of membership fees if the customer violates the terms of the membership agreement, safety and order rules or engages in conduct unbecoming of the atmosphere.

  7. Wellsters Oy reserves the right to change prices and unilaterally amend the general terms and conditions. The current prices and conditions can be found on the Wellsters Ltd website.

  8. By becoming a customer of Hyvinvoinnin Wersta you agree to the terms and conditions.

4.2.1. One-off and serial card:

For single and serial cards, the fee is a one-off payment.

The serial card is valid for the period indicated in the contract.

4.2.2. Access code:

  1. The access badge is personal and must always be carried with you when you arrive at the gym.

  2. The access badge must not be used to allow other persons to enter the hall.

  3. The loss of an access code must be reported immediately in writing.

  4. If the access code is used by someone else without reporting the loss, a written warning and a contractual penalty of €100 per visit will follow. Misuse may result in termination of the contract.

4.3.1. The Welfare Werstaa Code of Conduct:

  1. Cleanliness and good manners are expected from customers.

  2. Outdoor footwear should be left immediately at the door, and outdoor clothing in the changing rooms or lockers.

  3. Take care of your personal hygiene by always washing your hands before and after exercise.

  4. Use the exercise towel on gym equipment and in group exercise classes.

  5. If necessary, wipe the equipment with a sweat cloth and disinfectant.

  6. Use only the necessary lighting in the premises. Turn off all lights when you leave if there is no trainee behind you.

  7. Make sure you have closed the wooden sliding door between the lobby and the halls, as well as the external door.

  8. Always wear appropriate clothing and indoor footwear suitable for training.

  9. Always return sports equipment to its original position.

  10. Use a drinking bottle with a cap.

  11. Allow all our guests to use the gym equipment and make it available for others to use during your break.

  12. Do not move other people's belongings without permission if they are still in training.

  13. Put your phone on silent when you arrive for your workout.

  14. Children under 12 are not allowed on the premises, except for activities for children or young people.

 

4.3.2. Photography instructions:

  1. Photography or videography on the premises is allowed, as long as you respect the privacy of others and ensure that they do not appear in the photos/videos without permission.

  2. Unauthorised photography of other people is strictly forbidden.

 

4.3.3. Smoking and substance abuse:

  1. Smoking, alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants are not allowed on the premises or in the immediate vicinity of the external doors.

4.3.4. Additional instructions for the yoga room:

  1. The air heat pumps in the yoga room are set at 22 degrees.

  2. Ventilation can be improved by opening a window or increasing the power of the ventilation system.

  3. Put only the appropriate accessories on the yoga floor, such as mats, blankets, bolsters and tiles.

  4. To avoid scratching, do not place chairs and tables on the orange surface of the yoga room.

  5. The use of candles on the platform is generally prohibited for safety reasons, but for safe use, make sure that the candles are carefully and safely placed.

  6. Enjoy your food and drink at the table, not on the yoga mat.

  7. Put your yoga equipment back in its designated place.

  8. Leave your yoga room in a tidy condition.

4.3.5. Instructions for use of the fireplace:

  1. Open the fireplace damper fully to ensure adequate air supply.

  2. Burn some paper in the fireplace to create suction.

  3. Light the fireplace with smaller wood, taking care not to create excessive smoke.

  4. Gradually add more wood until the firebox is full enough.

  5. Monitor the fire to ensure a steady burn.

  6. Be particularly careful with hot fireplace parts.

  7. Do not place any combustible material near the fireplace.

  8. Avoid dropping embers or sparks on the yoga mat or other nearby materials.

  9. Wait until the embers have gone out before closing the fireplace shutter.

4.3.6. Kitchen instructions:

  1. A set of crockery is available for guests' use.

  2. After use, the dishes must be placed in the washing machine and the machine must be started.

  3. When using a mini-oven, read the instructions carefully.

  4. Leave the kitchen tidy.

4.4. General rules and safety:

  1. Wellsters Oy's Hyvinvoinnin Werstas operates partly without on-site staff.

  2. All appointments are subject to a cancellation policy. Repeated failure to cancel may result in the temporary or permanent loss of the right to make a reservation.

  3. The customer is responsible for any equipment, property or movables that he/she has intentionally damaged.

  4. You are responsible for your own safety and are obliged to follow the instructions given.

  5. Wellsters Oy is not responsible for the property of customers, illness, injury or accidents on or in the premises.

  6. Wellsters Ltd is not liable for personal injury, damage to property or compensation for lost property of the member.

  7. You are responsible for your own insurance.

  8. The customer must fully compensate for any damage caused.

  9. The customer is obliged to follow the rules and instructions and to behave in accordance with good manners.

  10. Wellsters Ltd may suspend or terminate membership for non-payment of membership fees, breaches of the rules or inappropriate behaviour.

  11. Wellsters Oy shall not be liable for any loss due to theft, break-in or similar causes.

  12. Wellsters Ltd is not liable for damage to property or personal injury to members or other visitors.

  13. You are responsible for your own health and for ensuring that you can participate in the service you have ordered.

5. Terms and conditions for accommodation services

The following conditions apply to accommodation services.

Booking

  • The customer makes the reservation online

  • When using the online service, you must book at least three days before the desired rental date. If you wish to rent accommodation with a shorter booking period, we recommend contacting us by e-mail or telephone.

  • The number of persons agreed at the time of booking must not be exceeded.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the description and instructions of the booking destination(s) and the conditions attached to the booking.

  • The booking made by the customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

  • The customer pays for the reservation according to the payment method of his choice and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.

  • The booking system will send an order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

  • Wellsters Ltd is not responsible for an unsuccessful booking, but the customer should contact Wellsters Ltd immediately to rectify the situation.

  • Wellsters Ltd does not guarantee that the property is still free in this situation.

  • If the destination is not available, the money will be refunded or, if possible, another date or destination will be offered.

 

Cancellations and changes

  • You can cancel your booking at any time in accordance with the terms and conditions.

  • To request a cancellation or transfer, please send an email to we@wellsters.fi. Cancellation or transfer requests received through other channels will not be processed.

  • The cancellation date is the date on which Wellsters Ltd has received the cancellation notified by e-mail. Cancellations will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than one week after receipt of the cancellation, depending on the length of the queue.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in good time.

  • If the customer cancels the reservation,

    • if the reservation is 30 days or more before the start date, a delivery fee will be charged. The delivery charge is 50 €.

    • for bookings made less than 30 days but at least 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the rental price will be charged.

    • if the reservation is made less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the full rental price will be charged.

    • For properties booked with a discount code, the full rental price will always be charged, regardless of the date of cancellation.

  • If the cancellation is due to sudden illness, accident or death, we will ask you to provide a medical certificate or equivalent as a condition for a refund. The customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid to the landlord, minus a delivery charge of €50.

  • At the customer's request, the reservation may be transferred under the following conditions:

    • The transfer can only be made once.

    • The transfer must take place at least 30 days before the start of the original booking.

    • The transfer fee is 25 eur (incl. VAT)

    • If the transferred reservation is cancelled, the full rental fee will always be charged, regardless of the date of cancellation.

Wellsters Oy's right to cancel the booking

  • In the event of force majeure, Wellsters Oy may terminate the rental agreement. The customer who has rented the property will be informed of the termination without delay.

  • The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the rent paid.

  • Any costs incurred by the customer due to force majeure in the event of termination of the rental contract will not be reimbursed.

Key words

  • The customer will receive instructions on the key by separate message. 

  • For lost or unreturned keys, Wellsters Ltd is entitled to charge the full cost of any rekeying or lock replacement, but not less than EUR 60.

  • Wellsters Oy has the right to charge a minimum of 60 euros for opening the door of the property, e.g. due to a lost or left key.

Use of the site

  • The target is defined in the target description.

  • During the rental period, the customer has the right to use the property and its equipment and separately defined services.

  • If the customer notices any defects or other remarks in the object, he/she must immediately inform Wellsters Oy.

  • The customer is responsible for the cleanliness of the property during the rental period.

  • Please be considerate of your neighbours and cottagers.

Willa Wellsters, additional conditions

  • Final cleaning is paid at the time of booking.

  • The price of the final cleaning does not include washing and putting away the dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish.

  • Food must be taken away or put in a waste bin.

  • Empty bottles and cans must be removed.

  • Furniture that has been moved must be put back in place.

  • If additional cleaning is required after the customer has left, in addition to the normal cleaning:

    • Wellsters Oy will invoice the cleaning costs of the property in full as follows: cleaning 62 eur/h. The minimum charge for cleaning is 4 hours.

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and on the entrance terraces.

  • There are designated outdoor smoking areas.

  • The object is at the customer's disposal during the period specified in the object description.

  • It is forbidden to bring a tent, tent or caravan onto the site without the owner's permission.

  • Willa Wellsters is a pet-friendly accommodation

Laawu Wellsters, additional conditions

  • Open fires are prohibited during forest and grass fire warnings. Please check local warnings.

  • Please make sure that Laawu and the island are left in a clean condition after your departure, as it was when you arrived.

  • Food, rubbish, bottles and cans must be taken away unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please also clean the barbecue surface and area after use.

  • If extra cleaning is required on Laawu and the island after the client has left, in addition to the normal cleaning, the client may be charged an additional fee.

    • Wellsters Oy will invoice the cleaning costs of the property in full as follows: cleaning 62 eur/h. The minimum charge for cleaning is 4 hours.

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Laawu and on the ferry.

  • There is a designated place for smoking.

  • The object is at the customer's disposal during the period specified in the object description.

  • It is forbidden to bring a tent or hammock onto the site without the owner's permission.

  • Laawu Wellsters is a pet-friendly property.

Damage compensation

  • The customer is liable to compensate Wellsters Oy for any damage caused to the object. The customer is also responsible for any other persons visiting the site and for any damage caused by them during the booking.

  • Wellsters Ltd will not compensate for any damage or expenses caused to the customer by natural conditions, such as insects, animals, sleet damage or unexpected weather changes.

Complaints

  • Any complaints should always be made as soon as possible after the issue arises.

  • If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily or if it involves a claim for compensation, the complaint must be sent in writing within one month of the end of the rental period.

  • Wellsters Ltd will endeavour to deal with the complaint as quickly as possible but within one month at the latest.

  • If the customer and Wellsters Ltd cannot reach an agreement, the customer can take the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.

The online shop only sells service products that are carried out during a specific period. The ordered service will be delivered at the time selected in the order.

7. Payment methods

You can pay for orders in the online shop using the following reliable and secure payment methods. Wellsters Ltd does not store bank account or credit card information at any time.

For each payment method, you will see the additional price, if any, for that payment method.  You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method you choose.

Card and online banking payments, online payment services

Wellsters Oy uses Visma Pay as an online payment intermediary. This allows you to pay using the most common payment methods, from card payments to e-wallets.

Payment cards and sports benefits

You can pay with payment cards and sports cards at our branches. We accept Smartum, Epassi and Edenred sports and culture vouchers.

Invoice

We only send invoices to companies, organisations and groups.
